I hope that by now everyone is well aware about the changes that certain parties are trying to make on the online world. In both the US and Europe new legislations are trying to be pushed through in order to censor the Internet, monitor online activity and breach privacy of its users and those providing services on it. When sites went 'black' or 'censored' this site too changed. Though it may have gone unnoticed, we here are against whatever governments all over the world are trying to do. And that is control the internet as if it is meant to be controlled in a way, much like a dictatorship. Where anything someone does is monitored. If it's something wrong that person gets punished if it's something right then whatever it was will be stored forever. By doing so it would also change the Internet for countries which oppose such methods and wherever someone used to be 'free' they are now monitored as well. Though the users of the Internet are striking back, parties behind those legislations are trying to find new ways of getting their ideas pushed through. Which, to me, makes it seem that much more illogical as it means that they don't oppose copyright violations or illegal downloading, but they are just there to push through their dictatorship ways of controlling the Internet for whatever reason they can find. More information can be found everywhere online. So for every user on the Internet that wants to remain as free as they are now, oppose these legislations. Vote on websites such as killacta.org/ to make a stand against those parties and show them that we, the free users of the Internet, are not be reckoned with and that we will take actions against those that try to force control upon us. Thanks; NN The Internet The people
