Sorry for my late respond, but having never thought about this and never had the interest to know I needed to do some research first before I could answer. As I said above, I never really cared about who would, if there is such a thing at all, be 'the Mother' or something alike. So if I had to choose between Lillith, Isis, Hathor and Ereshkigal... Lillith? To me it would seem the best choice, most logic. Why? Lillith is known to some vampires as being the Mother of all Vampires, and since Lillith is an ancient being there is a possibility she could be the Mother. But ofcourse I can't be sure. Isis? About a year ago I went to Egypt myself, to maybe find more about vampires having started there, but unfortunately it didn't work out that way. But I had visited some temples, including the temple of Isis if I remember correct. Having not found anything I was hoping for. The possiblity is still there that Isis if the Mother of all vampires. Many believe vampires first started in Egypt. Isis, being one of the major Egyptian gods, therefor might be the Mother of all vampires. But if that's true I do not know. Hathor? Being an Egyptian god as Isis there is a chance that Hathor could be the Mother of all vampires. But not being one of the major god's it's highly unlikely that such being could be the Mother of all vampires. Ereshkigal? I have, before you said the name, never heard of Ereshkigal before. That's the name most research went too but it didn't get me much further. Having never found this name before, and unless i'm blind or anything, which i'm not, it's very unlikely her to be 'the Mother' of all vampires. My guess is Lillith and else isis, but they could turn out the be one and the same somehow! Ofcourse if I am somehow religious I would have had an easy choice, thinking the Mother or Father or Creator of all vampires, simply being the central God or Goddess of my religion. And answering your question. I do not believe anyone being the Mother of all vampires. There might be, but it's just not in my current interest knowing. I hope that helped you a bit, and if not please ask for more explenation of all that what I've written above. Greets, NN
